How to Unlock this Stage: Complete Wu Story Mode at least once, In Chapter Three, choose the Unification of Jiang Dong first. In Chapter Four, skip the Defense of Nanman.
Lu Meng's Weird but good looking outfit, i guess that is the style of all DW4 characters, and i love it. The Dong Zhuo's return stage on Wu side, i think it's the hardest, considering that Cao Cao's is a walk in the park literally, now that i have got a good Tiger Amulet, i can smack anything in my way.
