This 30 minute meditation with Phillip Moffitt is a guided meditation practice for connecting with the earth. It invites us deeper into the breath (the air element) and into the body to enhance our appreciation and awareness of the earth element. It notes the flow and grace of the air element alongside the grounded, firm nature of the earth element. After settling in and opening our awareness to these elements, we are guided into a silent meditation practice.
