ThisMini Waste OTR Tire Recycling system is specially designed to cut waste OTR tyres (R25 to R33) into rubber blocks, which will be used for further size reduction to rubber granules or rubber powder.
This OTR Tire recycling machine is the best replancement of waste tyre shredder, waste tire raper and waste tire granulator because its bellow advantages
1. Small investment for the tire recycling machines and tire recycling facilities such as land and shed.
2. Easier machine maintenance. The only machine maintenace is bearing lubrication and blade Sharpening
3. It's easy for maintenance. The blade sharpening can be done on the machine itself in situ. No need to take the blade down and bring it to processing center for grinding.
4. Very low electric power sonsumption cost. The total installed motor power for this line is 150 kW only. The actual power consumtion is 20% to 30% of the rated power.
5. High output. This system can produce about 5 tons of rubber block per hour.
