seek professional advice before undertaking any physical training or sports activities for health and safety reasons.
I'm challenging myself to a 16 week challenge to gain a slimline stomach etc or get a six pack within reason.
I'm going to do exercises with small weights superset and train my waistline etc,building this up to 30 to 40 minutes long,also I will be doing regular gym routine on top of the 40 minutes supersets exercises etc.
mixing training up as much as possible,training form home and going to the gym etc,using time management for the best results etc,
let's see how it goes with the ups and downs etc,I'm about a week into the challenge,my stomach is really sore from training my stomach it's really painful so give it a few days and I'll be back on it.
