The Beatles on "Around the Beatles" (TV Special, April 27th/28th 1964) [8mm Film]

Описание: Apologies for the repost everyone, this is just to add a few clips I originally overlooked, as well as now using the original IBC studio recordings for the dress rehearsal footage. (The one exception to this happens during I Want To Hold Your Hand, but only because there is a different transition that only matches the footage in the live version.)

Hey everyone!

Here is more of the footage shared by Getty yesterday. This captures both dress rehearsal footage before the taping, as well as clips shot during the actual main television special (which is what we have today). I have dubbed in sound from the pre-recorded tracks made for the Around the Beatles TV Special throughout, although in the introduction I used a little bit of Murray the K's tape made throughout the rehearsal sessions to add to the ambiance!

The first portion of this film is of the setup and dress rehearsal from April 27th, while the remainder of the film is from a second dress rehearsal, with a crowd present, from April 28th.
