This isn’t a fitness channel full of advice or motivation. It’s me showing up, figuring things out in real time, and being honest about what works and what doesn’t.
Filmed on my commute in heavy snow. No shortcuts, no editing tricks. Just the ride, the conditions, and the reality of it.
