It's homemade everything bagels and a quick tour of the off-grid (dry) cabin! While we wait for the dough to rise, we take a walk to check the sap buckets!

Basic Recipe:
5-3/4 cups of flour
2-1/4 cups of warm water
1 tbsp of yeast
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp of honey
1 egg
Seasoning of choice
