1) Crispy Aloo Tikki
Potato Mixture
600-700 g boiled potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp crushed red chilli
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp oil
5-6 tbsp rice flour
Peas Filling (Optional)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp grated ginger
2 green chillies
1 cup green peas
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp red chilli powder
1½ cup water
70-80 g (12-3½ cup) grated paneer
1½ tsp chaat masala
1½ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander
For Serving
1 cup thick curd
1-2 tbsp sugar (optional)
2-3 tbsp tamarind chutney
2-3 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp nylon sev
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1½ tsp chaat masala
1½ tsp black salt
1½ tsp roasted cumin powder
2) Quick Aloo Chaat
300-350 g boiled potatoes
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp black salt
1½ tsp chaat masala
1½ tsp crushed red chilli
1½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 cup thick curd
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp nylon sev (optional)
