Following the results of the investigation that brought to light the fact :

That, regarding Dr Dusor's file, the defendant, joined a program called Shyrya.
That this program was presented here by Dr Diane Dusor, Mr André Dusor's widow, as rehab to
cure alcoholics people, proving the addiction of the defendant.
That the defendant got pregnant but continued to drink and to take some drugs during her
pregnancy.
That Shyrya's program was authorized by both Dr André and Diane Dusor to administer
painkillers and sedatives to the defendant to avoid any relapse in order to keep the baby and his
mother safe, "at least", until birth.
That, on the day of birth, while Dr André Dusor and the nurse, Ann Sheft, were preparing an
epidural, the defendant drank a bottle of sanitizer.
That, after some hours of work, the baby was born dead.
That once Ann Sheft, the nurse, left with the baby's body, the defendant asked for her baby and
got uncontrolable.
That the defendant took out a knife and stabbed Dr André Dusor in his jugular, leading him to
death without any assistance.
So, My verdict for that crime : found guilty for the murder in the first degree of Dr André Dusor, the
defendant is commited to psychiatric internment at the Absolutly Insane Female Aesylum for life !
