How to add gmail signature?

To add a signature to your Gmail messages, follow these steps:

Open your Gmail account and click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the page.

From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."

In the top menu, click on the "General" tab.

Scroll down to the "Signature" section.

In the text field, type the signature you want to use. You can use plain text or add formatting, images, or links to your signature.

To add an image to your signature, click on the "Insert Image" icon in the formatting toolbar.

To add a link to your signature, highlight the text you want to use as the link and click on the "Insert Link" icon in the formatting toolbar.

When you're finished creating your signature, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Save Changes" button.

Your signature will now be automatically added to the bottom of all your outgoing Gmail messages. You can also use the "Signature" dropdown menu in the compose window to choose which signature you want to use for a specific message, or you can disable the signature for that message by selecting "None."
