INGREDIENTS

300g mutton pieces
2 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 sliced onion
6-7 garlic cloves
3 green chillies
1 black cardamom
½ tsp salt
½ litre water
100ml Oil
1 small sliced onion
1 bay leaf
¼ tsp black pepper powder
3-4 green cardamoms
½ star anise
¼ tsp cumin seeds
4 cloves
4 green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
100g curd
300g Basmati Rice (soaked)
100ml water
1 tsp Salt
Some fresh cream
2-3 tbsp Desi ghee
Some fried onions
Some food colour
