Описание: Vision in older adults may be impared by age-related macula degeneration, or AMD. This painless desease damages the macula, which is in the center of retina in the back part of the eye. The macula helps you to see with more detail, and to center your vision. AMD takes two forms - wet and dry. Both result in the blind spot around the center of vision, that makes it difficult to read, drive, and recognize faces.
