Sedna 24 Yacht

Описание: This superb trailer sailor yacht is the Sedna 24, it's 7.30 meters long or 24 feet, 2.5m wide with a waterline length of 7.10m, and made by Sedna Yachts in Poland.

Its draught with the centerboard retracted is just 30cm and fully lowered 1.5m. There is 350kgs of ballast built into the hull which weighs 1,550 kgs and this particular yacht sits on an EXT3000 roller trailer from extreme trailers.

The cabin comprises two double berths, a child-size double bed, lounge seating for up to 6 people, and a central dining table that holds the retracted centerboard.

The portside bench seat quickly converts to a child-size bed which the addition of two supporting boards and cushions.

Moving aft towards the steps on the portside is the kitchen area, cold water sink, twin gas hob, fridge, and 6 cupboards.

On the starboard side, there is an enclosed head with a vanity unit, a cold water sink, and a chemical toilet. It’s a tight squeeze, but just enough space for a 6ft 6 person like me.

Accessed from the portside and behind the steps is a larger full-width double bed sitting beneath the cockpit. There is ample headroom, but for side sleepers, your hip is just a few centimeters beneath the ceiling, it’s a compact double bed that works very well on such a small yacht.

On deck there are three sails, a 16.4 square meters mainsail, an 8.1 m2 jib, and a 30m2 asymmetric spinnaker which is set on the Seldon GX7.5 top-down furler, making it easier for solo sailing.

The Sedna 24 has a class c certification for 1 to 6 people on inland and coastal waters, with wind strength up to force 6 and 2m waves.
