Sushi nori
fresh salmon
avocado
cucumber
eggs
soy sauce
sugar
sweet pepper
mix leaves salad


Sometimes we don't have time for long cooking, but you are still looking for some tasty food. I am always busy and try to minimize cooking time to have more time for my family and my interests. I love sushi, but cooking nice rice takes around an hour. I share with you with short option and a tasty one.

You can make this type of roll with any other ingredients just don't forget about the Japanese omelette.
