Ernest P. Worrel stumbles upon a bizarre gadget called the Changing Coffin, and in a flash, he is transformed into his polar opposite: the diabolical Dr. Otto, a mad scientist and supervillain with plans for world domination. Armed with his Gloom Beam, Dr. Otto aims to disable every computer holding people’s financial records, making him the sole master of the world’s wealth. To stop him, the hapless hero Lance Sterling and his cautious sidekick Doris must infiltrate Dr. Otto’s lair, where they confront terrifying versions of the villain himself and his loyal, unpredictable mechanical servant, Willie the Robot.
