This dish was requested by Roohi Afshan as a tribute to her late Granny, Regina Majeed! This was a privilege and an honor to make, much love to you and your family!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The rice was unlike any rice we have ever eaten. The flavors simply exploded when they hit our tastebuds. The whole spice blend along with the coconut milk and ghee really take the rice to the next level of flavors.
