In this video, I had shown you that how to enable sound in safe mode in windows. I already posted a video to show that how to start windows in safe mode with networking, the link is given below.
Steps to start sound in safe mode:
1. Press Win Key + R.
2. Write devmgmt.msc, then click ok.
3. Go to sound, video and game controllers and select audio driver, right click and select property.
4. Then above select Detail and in drop down menu, select Driver Key and Copy the value and paste it in notepad for future reference.
5. Now, delete last 4 digit (/0003) and make remaining all capital.
6. Now open registry editor.
