Supreme Court Observes Digital Access as Fundamental Right, Orders Inclusive e-KYC Reforms

This came during hearings on petitions filed by acid attack survivors and a blind individual, highlighting the challenges faced by persons with disabilities in completing e-KYC processes that rely on facial recognition and liveliness detection, such as blinking.
