Heavenly Father, thank You for Your perfect guidance in our lives. Even when we don't understand the path You're taking us on, we choose to trust Your wisdom and Your love. For those of us feeling frustrated by detours today, please grant us the perspective to see these experiences as divine appointments rather than delays. Help us to surrender our timelines and expectations to You, knowing that Your ways are higher than our ways. Develop in us the character of Christ as we journey with You, even on the long roads. Give us patience for the journey and faith for the things we cannot yet see. May we become more concerned with who we're becoming than how quickly we're arriving. We trust You completely, Lord, knowing that You direct our steps with love and perfect wisdom. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
