Bakoo is still a joke. You pretty much can just beat her stage using iCat and Dark Lazer (I'm not even sure if Bullet Train is even needed). Because of that, you can focus on building your lineup for the first stage: King Wahwah.
Still, King Wahwah has Normal/Uber only restriction. If you have been neglecting your Normal units, and just in luck you don't have good Uber for this stage, that's as good as unwinnable.
Recommended Uber/Legend Rare:
Tanker Uber. Ex: Kai, Hades, Cat Machine, Baby Cats, Shinji Cat, Greater Balrog Cat
Anti-Black Unit with Piercing Attack. Ex: Kana, Yoshimoto, Dartanya, Dark Kasli, etc
