The House Committee on Justice on Wednesday (March 4) declared the third and fourth impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte — respectively endorsed by Rep. Leila De Lima, and Rep. Benny Abante & Rep. Paolo Ortega — "sufficient in substance."
During the panel's hearing, both complaints secured 54 affirmative votes, with only one lawmaker voting in the negative and no abstentions.
