The eggless whole wheat pasta dough recipe has just a handful of ingredients that are readily available. I have explained the method in detail.
The simple ingredients combine to make a dish that is light, flavourful and can be enjoyed by everyone.

WHOLE WHEAT PASTA IN TOMATO SAUCE Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients:
FOR THE PASTA DOUGH
Whole wheat flour/Atta – 1 cup
All Purpose flour/Maida – ½ cup
Semolina/Suji – ½ cup
Veg Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – a large pinch
Dried basil/parsley/oregano – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup or as required
FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE
Fresh omato paste – 7 to 8 tomatoes
Garlic (chopped) – 4 to 5 large cloves
Basil (chopped) – 2 tblsp
Olives (sliced) – a handful
Oregano (dried) – ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 to 3 tblsp
Black pepper(freshly cracked) – to taste
Salt – to taste
Sugar – ½ tsp (Optional)
Veg/Olive oil – 2 tblsp
Cheese (cheddar+mozzarella/processed) – 1/3 cup grated
