The FABO FTJ-11-75 Mobile Tracked Jaw Crusher is designed to operate under the most challenging conditions. The mobile jaw crusher is designed to be user- and production-oriented, equipped with a pre-screening system. The pre-screening system, equipped with 2 vibrating motors, provides vibration capability and allows adjustment of the bypass product size according to customer preferences. The sizes of bypass products are determined by the pre-screening system, with the dimensions of the pre-screening meshes set according to customer requirements. The pre-screening system separates the materials sent to the jaw crusher for crushing from dirt, sand, mud, and dust, resulting in a clean final product and improved production quality.

The mobile jaw crusher has a maximum feeding size of 700 mm and a jaw crusher mouth opening of 1070x760 mm. With this feature, products obtained from natural stone quarries can be directly crushed by the jaw crusher.

Mobile jaw crushers are frequently preferred for the recycling of construction waste. Construction waste crushed in the jaw crusher contains a significant amount of iron ore, which is separated for recycling using a separator belt.

Ön elek 2 adet vibro motor ile titreşim kabiliyeti kazanan ve müşteri isteğine göre bypass ürün boyutu ayarlanabilen sistemdir. Bypass ürünlerinin boyutları ön elek ile gerçekleştirilir, ön elek tellerinin boyutları müşteri isteğine göre belirlenir. Ön elek sayesinde çeneli kırıcıya kırmak için gönderilen ürünler kir, kum, çamur ve tozdan ayrıştırılır bu sayede temiz final ürünü elde edilir ve üretim kalitesi artar.
