Honestly, this level was easier than Boiler City due to the ABSURD amount of time crates on the level. I did made some dumb mistakes and still got the Dev Time by a long way. But still not easy because it's way longer and that you have no way to see your actual time once it's frozen. You know the final time when you finish the level so it's completely blind throughout the whole stage. (Mad Mall also has this same issue.)
By the way, i did this run on a Steam Deck. (Which i got recently and it's amazing.)
