Learn Gujarati For Kids | Numbers 1-20 | Learn Gujarati with Parikh and Sons

Описание: Learn numbers 1-20 in this video with Kahan and Kishan. Both the boys have been very quick with learning numbers. A few days ago, I was surprised to hear Kishan go all the way upto 20 on his own. My favorite video to date.. It was so cute to see Kahan and Kishan go through numbers 1-10. It melts my heart everytime I see Kahan trying to teach Kishan something. I thought it would take sometime to get Kishan involved and we'd have to pause multiple times. They made it very easy for me and moved seamlessly without stopping.
In regards to teaching numbers, once I started paying close attention, it's been fairly easy. Numbers are used in so many aspects of their everyday life and all it takes is just reminding them to count in Gujarati instead of English. For example, when we play hide and seek, I would count in Gujarati and they in turn started doing that after some time. When we play any board games like Snakes and Ladder or anything with a dice, just do all the counting in Gujarati.
However, I have had trouble teaching Kahan numbers past 25. For some reason he gets nervous when he gets in the 25 to 30+ range. I am open to suggestions on what may have worked for you and your kids to push through that barrier.
