Fruitfull talks between eTwatwa residents and Benoni Taxi Association

Описание: Following several protests by the community of eTwatwa against the Benoni Taxi Association, the two parties finally reached an understanding with the intervention of the MMC for Transport in Ekurhuleni.

Top of the list of complaints by the community were exorbitant taxi fares and lack of safety.

The community submitted a memorandum last month and gave the association seven days to respond however this did not happen.
