500gr Potatoes ( Aloo )
200gr Mustard Oil ( Sarson Oil )
2 Sliced Onion
⅕ Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3 Tbsp Coriander Powder
⅕ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Salt
2 Glass Water
200gr Curd
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
