A soft, fluffy, and healthy twist to traditional idli! I soaked split moong dal and urid dal for 6 hours, then ground them smoothly and fermented the batter overnight for a natural rise. Added just ½ tsp of fenugreek seeds for extra flavor and softness. The result — perfectly spongy, light, and nutritious idlis that are easy to digest and packed with protein. A wholesome choice for breakfast, dinner, or even lunch boxes!

Urid dal 50g (1 cup)
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
