大島中央銀座通りにある街中華。
お店の名前からは中国系の方のお店かと思いきや、店内も料理も和式中華のど真ん中！
店内がメチャクチャきれいで、歴史を感じさせません。

まず、スープが美味しい！
まろやかで、野菜や鶏ガラを使ったような、優しい味わい。

五目チャーハンは、具の種類が豊富とのことで、大盛りで注文。
具は、玉子、ネギ、チャーシュー、ナルト、海老、椎茸、キクラゲ、人参、ピーマン。
ふんわりと盛られたチャーハンは、超パラパラ。
ピーマンやニンジンのシャキシャキ感が残っていて、チャーシューの歯ごたえ、ナルトのぷにぷに感などが、楽しめます。
野菜やシイタケの独特な味も、控えめになるようにしているようで、誰でもが食べやすい味。
海老は、別に炒めているようで、プリプリ感を残しつつ、しっかりと火が通っていました。

餃子は、手作り感があり、皮も厚め。
野菜が多いのかと思いきや、肉たっぷりでジューシー。

定食やラーメンとのセットメニューも豊富で、お得な値段設定。
チャーハンセットが人気でした。

かつ丼、オムライス、カレーライスなどもあったので、食べてみたいですね。

About a 6-minute walk from Oshima Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line, and also about a 6-minute walk from Nishi-Oshima Station.
A neighborhood Chinese restaurant on Oshima Chuo Ginza Street.
You might think from the name it's a Chinese-owned place, but both the interior and the food are pure Japanese-style Chinese cuisine!
The interior is incredibly clean and doesn't feel old at all.

First off, the soup is delicious!
It's mellow, with a gentle flavor like it's made with vegetables and chicken bones.

I ordered the large portion of the Five-Ingredient Fried Rice, known for its variety of ingredients.
The ingredients included egg, green onion, char siu pork, naruto fish cake, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, carrot, and bell pepper.
The fluffy mound of fried rice was perfectly fluffy and separate.
The bell pepper and carrot retained a nice crunch, while the char siu had a satisfying chew and the naruto had a pleasantly soft, springy texture.
The unique flavors of the vegetables and shiitake mushrooms seemed subtly balanced, making it a taste anyone could enjoy.
The shrimp appeared stir-fried separately, retaining a firm, springy texture while being thoroughly cooked.

The gyoza had a handmade feel with thicker wrappers.
I expected more vegetables, but they were packed with meat and juicy.

They offered a wide variety of set menus with rice bowls and ramen, all at great value.
The fried rice set was popular.

They also had katsu don, omelet rice, and curry rice, so I'd like to try those next time.
