Back in June, Freddy Hernandez got out of his car at the intersection of Waters Avenue and East Anderson Road in Tampa and approached Curtis James. Investigators say James shot and killed the 52-year-old and may use the stand your ground defense in court. Defense attorneys say it was a case of road rage turned deadly.
