What a week this has been! We lost Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor on consecutive days. Two great actors, and when they had so much more to give us, when they were doing such good work in cinema. Very unfair.
I have always liked seeing Rishi Kapoor on screen, especially till the mid-1980s, and later in the late 2000s. And I love the special music in his films from 1973 through 1985. Today I share a lovely Kishore Kumar song from Duniya (1984). The LP was released in the winter of 1983, though the film came later in 1984. Lyrics by Javed Akhtar, and a beautiful composition by Rahul Dev Burman. Kishore Kumar gave yet another spirited rendition.
