Welcome to Marrow House!
Marrow House is an assessment and therapy unit that supports people living with dementia. The short term support focuses on understanding an individual’s needs and enabling their safe return home wherever possible. The support they provide includes input from professionals within social care, health and the voluntary sector who are all co-located at Marrow House.
Carers and family needs are also a vital part of our assessment so recognising that and working alongside them is equally important to us. It's all about putting the right technology, equipment, and support in place to help people live at home safely for as long as possible.
