In this video a flare is added to a fender. 1st the paint is removed with the LightWELD laser cleaning mode. Then a flare is welded on. No distortion and no post weld straightening required. Weld is made continously without having to jump around to prevent heat build up. Whole process is under 20 minutes from start to finish. In 2nd half of the video a panel is welded onto the fender to show how easy sheet metal repair can be done with the LightWELD system for auto repair and modification. Actual total weld time, from start to finish, is less than 3 minutes.
