This video is about the 52" Hunter Original Ceiling Fan in White. I got this fan from Pacific Ceiling Fans in November of 2017. This fan was made on the September 4, 1996 (leap year). Manufacturing code number 130. It's a USA made unit with a 2.0 amp motor. When I first got this fan, it was missing the blades, blade irons, and canopy. The downrod you see here is not original, it came from the 52" Hunter Original in Black with a flawed 1.0 amp motor. This motor was originally going to be installed temporarily at my uncle's house on my dad's side with the faulty reverse switch, but it never happened. This fan was originally used as a parts fan since I needed the winding and 7.5uf capacitor for the 52" Hunter 2nd Century Original Ceiling Fan in Gloss Black after the original windings on the 2nd Century Original went out and being informed by @CeilingFanVideosOnYT that the 6uf capacitor in the 2nd Century Original was the wrong capacitor value. After getting the new windings and capacitor, this fan is now back in use. I got a new canopy for this fan and a set of 4 plywood PVC veneer blades from a post-2015 Chinese made Original from 2021 that they're using as a parts fan due to that fan being sent back to Pacific Ceiling Fans as a return item with blade arms missing and motor noise back in August of 2023. The set of 4 PVC veneer blades was originally gonna be used for this fan, but they're now permanent for the 1.1 amp Original. I bought the replacement blade arms from eBay back in October of 2023. I did tried to order a new set of 5 plywood PVC veneer blades, blade-to-blade arm screws, and rubber grommets for the blades on the same day as the blade arms directly from the Hunter website. But for some reason, it decided to cancel my order automatically. So I was left to no choice but to use a set of 4 PVC veneer blades now permanent for the 1.1 amp Original and one standard plywood blade from the 1.1 amp Original with the warning sticker on, which is why you see it wobble more in the 5 blade configuration due to the 4 plywood PVC veneer blades being heavier than the one standard plywood blade being used. The original Jin You pullchain had been glued down temporarily as one side of the plastic clip was still holding fine, but the other side broke. So I had used a Zing Ear 208S as a placeholder for awhile and then went straight ahead and put in a serviceable Zing Ear 268S1 in place of the JinYou pullchain. I've also got @AdinPanthersFanHobby to help me order a new set of 5 plywood PVC veneer blades for me along with the screws and rubber grommet and it should hopefully solve the wobbling issue and paid him back. This fan is close to being complete, now it needs a U-bolt, rubber bushing w/pin, double-claw bracket, and White 2.5" double-threaded downrod to finally make this fan have its own blade set permanent for this fan.
