After harvesting, I remove the plants from the roots and begin plowing the soil, preparing the land to build the farm for the next season. I also spend time pruning dry tree branches, an important task to protect the trees during the cold months. This careful work supports a healthy winter garden and shows how small details matter in long-term farming and sustainable land care.
