In all of Karnataka, the Lokayukta has been conducting raids. 35 lakhs rupees have allegedly been seized from the districts of Bagalkote and Vijayapura thus far. The raids are also being carried out in Kalaburgi, Bengaluru, Bagalkote, Tumakuru, and Kolar districts. Teams made the raids at least 4 locations owned by two bureaucrat officials, using 3 DSPs and 7 Inspectors. The Bagalkote attack has also included the use of two such teams. The bureaucrats' identities have not yet been made public.
