Описание: California Senate Bill 825 would create barriers for local, minority and women owned construction employers and their employees. Community workforce agreements discriminate and exclude participants in state-approved apprenticeship training programs for construction careers from the opportunity to train and earn a living. At a time when skilled labor is in critically short supply, Senate Bill 825 would make this serious problem worse while excluding qualified employees including veterans.
