Workout:
Deadlifts (4 sets, 8-12 reps)
Lat Pulldowns (front) (3 sets, 10-20 reps)
Lat Pulldowns (back) ( 3 sets, 10-20 reps)
Rows (4 sets, 10-15 reps)
