Join Nevada Medicaid’s School Health Services (SHS) team and guest presenter Dana Robinson, LCSW, from the UNR PBIS Technical Assistance Center, for a practical overview of Plan of Care (POC) documentation in school settings.
This session provides school-based providers, administrators, and partners with clear guidance on how to develop effective, student-centered Plans of Care that support positive outcomes and meet Medicaid documentation requirements. Participants will learn how to create meaningful treatment goals, use SMART goal frameworks, track student progress, and ensure services are delivered in a structured and collaborative way.
