GOA unveiled our proposal for a residential skyscraper complex at Houhai Bay of Shenzhen, envisioning a cluster of 150m-250m towers with X-plan configurations and urban-integrated annexs to redefine metropolitan living.
Our architects pioneered a non-uniform "X" as the tower's plan prototype. Unlike conventional rectangular towers, this geometry maximizes panoramic facades within limited footprints, granting optimal views across all levels. The unit layouts feature groundbreaking innovation—an integrated LDK (Living-Dining-Kitchen) zone is positioned at terminals, offering 270-degree vistas through glass volumes.
