Step-by-Step Guide:
Download the Ryu VM Image: Download the pre-configured Ryu VM image, which includes Mininet 2.0: Ryu-Mininet VM (OVA format)

VM Credentials:

Username: ryu
Password: ryu
Import this VM into VirtualBox, VMware, or your preferred virtualization tool.

Download PuTTY and Xming: To connect to the VM and run graphical interfaces, you will need PuTTY and Xming.

PuTTY (Terminal Client): Download PuTTY

Step to follow:
In your terminal, type:
nano l2.py
Copy the script from the blog and paste it into the terminal. Save the file by pressing Ctrl + X, then Y, and hit Enter.
Run the Ryu Controller and Mininet:

Open Two Terminals in PuTTY:
In one terminal, start the Ryu controller by typing:
ryu-manager l2.py
In the other terminal, start Mininet with the following command:
sudo mn --controller=remote --topo=single,3
Your SDN L2 Learning Switch application is now running!
