Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing is Disneyland Paris's version of the original Disneyland Resort Mark Twain Riverboat, however with a few unique differences. Rather than traveling clockwise around the Rivers of America, the Paris Riverboat Landing travels counterclockwise around Thunder Mesa's (Disneyland Paris's Frontierland) Rivers of the Far West. Also, Tom Sawyer island in the center of the river has been replaced with quite possibly the best version of Big Thunder Mountain, and you pass directly next to the entrance of the newly updated Phantom Manor.
