valentine's day is just around the corner! make sure to bake these for your loved ones or even not, for yourself! cause these are the spongiest and the moist-iest cupcakes you'll ever have! trust me, this is by far the best cupcake recipe and you CANNOT go wrong with the recipe
ingredients -
for the dry ingredients
100g flour
90g sugar
1tsp cocoa powder
1/4tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
for the wet ingredients
75g buttermilk (substitute 75g milk+1/4 tsp vinegar)
60g yogurt
62g oil
red gel food coloring
1tsp vanilla essence
some frosting, strawberries and edible pearls!
