I've had a number of people ask me about the High Noon skin reboot, and why Riot would change a line of skins this way. And while I'm not quite ready to deep-dive on the High Noon skins themselves (Riot are teasing SOMETHING for august 30th), we can talk a bit about what skin lines are, what they allow Riot to do, and why Riot might want to develop a grab-bag of cohesive IPs standing by and at the ready for the future.
