Cut 1 – Cover in Patterned Paper ⅛” smaller than matting
Cut 1 – Belly Band in PP, 7 ½” X 2 (Score at both ends for hinges)
Cut 1 – Use border cut off on belly band (glue in the middle of band at both ends to use as belly band on top)
Use 1 – Use cut apart as stop for inserts in belly band.

Front Cover Topper
Cut 1 piece of heavy chipboard at 6 X 6 or 2 pieces of medium weight glued together
Use black Sharpie to color the edges of chipboard
Cut 2 Blk Artisan at 6” X 6” to cover front and back of topper
May use velcro or magnets to hold topper to cover and make it a little more secure
