Florida Bullseye Snakehead (Catch Clean Cook)

Описание: I take a longtime friend, Pastor Ben, out to shoot the invasive Bullseye Snakehead in South Florida with our bowfishing gear. We bring some home and our daughter helps my wife make a delicious snakehead stir-fry dish. Fun fact: We've been eating snakehead stir-fry for over a decade. We first ate snakehead when we lived in the DC area and we bowfished the Northern Snakehead. Both species are invasive to the US. They are a top predatory fish and have no natural predators. They look very similar to the native bowfin. Both have very long dorsal fins. However, the snakehead has a long anal fin about half the length of the body.
