The block casting number is 3916321. That block was used late into the 1967 production year and the trim tag on this Corvette shows a July 1970 assembly. The engine pad has the correct numbers.

CONDITION RATING (8): The owner rates the overall cosmetic condition of his Big Block 1967 Corvette Coupe as excellent (rating it 8).

As you will see, the Corvette has been very will preserved over the decades. The paint and chrome are beautiful and very glossy/bright.

The interior is mostly original (except seat covers) and shows little wear. That would lead one to believe the odometer reading of 31,000 miles could be accurate.

The Corvette has never been restored but the paint was re-sprayed.

The engine was rebuilt and is very healthy. An electronic ignition was installed at that time but the original transistor ignition comes with the car.

Other mechanical upgrades (service work) include: Rebuilt calipers and new pads; steering box and front suspension. An electric fan was also installed. All the lights and switches and gauges work.

Unlike some other Corvette frames you have seen which are sprayed over, you can clearly see the condition of this one. The owner reports the frame and body panels appear as original and show no signs of repair or any structural issues.

There is some data on the owner history of this Corvette. Those documents record ownership all the way back to the eighties.
