Explanation:
After Muzan inform the Uppermoons about Suzui's death, he then informed the 2 workers in the main demon sanctuary who is Suzui's underlings about it.

Before Muzan inform this, a few days ago, Suzui and his male underling of the twins named KAZUKO was investigating.
It all went alright until Suzui encounter 4 hashira and a bunch of other demon slayer members coming to hunt her, aware of this, Suzui ran back to where kazuko were waiting and took him to hide somewhere.

The demon slayer was there to search take down the demon sanctuary and Suzui actually consider that they are actually there for because this isn't the first time a demon sanctuary has been discovered and destroyed, so that's why she stopped and made Kazuko went back to the sanctuary by making a little “game”

The objective of the game is that Kazuko needed to activate his BDA which is a shield to protect him from being spot from anyone, and Kazuko needs to get back to the sanctuary before Suzui catches him, if Suzui catches him, he lost but if she doesn't then he won or so he thought.

Turns out, the game was made only for Kazuko to get away while Suzui held back the demon slayers and that's where Suzui took her last breath.

FUN-FACT ✨:
1. The other twin (the girl one) is named Youko
2. The twins was born as demons and was under the care of Muzan and Suzui ever since their demon parents were beheaded
3. Muzan gave the twin an offer to either quit working in the demon sanctuary or continue it, the twins decided to continue it
4. This sanctuary was never able to be taken down until it became one of the proofs of the demon slayer history in the modern era, it was found by Yushiro and other investigators after the infinity war arc
