How to Prepare Timatim Kurt (Simple & Easy)
Thinly slice ¼ onion into long strips.
Chop one fresh tomato into medium pieces.
Slice one long green pepper and place everything in a bowl.
In a small separate bowl, prepare the dressing:
Add mitmita, black pepper powder, oil, salt, and the fresh juice of ½ lemon. Mix well until combined.
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and mix thoroughly.
