Hello,For anyone who suffered by the stuttering try to make a file with notepad with name user.cfg and save the file as 'all item'. Then input this lines, change the core and thread with your own cpu. Below is mine for example 4core/4thread.
Thread.ProcessorCount 4 **** Number of your Cores
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4 **** Number of your Cores
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0 **** Keep it 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0 **** Keep it 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4 **** Number of your Threads
Ps: For The Guys who putting theire CPUs in the comments go to google and write for example :
Ryzen 5 3600 Cores and Threads and it will show up for you.
and paste into your game folder.
